• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Basic math for cash handling and change calculations.
• Flexible for shifts; able to balance multiple orders during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings.
• Operate scoops, mixers, and refrigeration units safely and efficiently.
• Process customer orders using POS and handle payments.
• Provide friendly customer service and upsell treats.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace.
• Handle retail transactions with accurate cash register operation.
• Assist with serving cones, cups, and menu items.
• Support bussing and sanitation to keep the area tidy.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods.
• Open/close the store according to shift.
• Manage shift and other employees on shift.
• Perform other duties as needed.
