City of Birmingham, Michigan is seeking qualified candidates for the part-time Ice Arena Staff at the Birmingham Ice Arena. The role involves concessions/ticket booth duties, ice maintenance, and Zamboni operations as needed, under the Ice Arena Manager's supervision.

Candidates should be prepared for flexible shifts. Training will be provided for assigned duties, including equipment operation and safety procedures.

Formación

• Ability to provide strong customer service and work effectively with the public.
• Willingness and ability to work with food preparation for employees assigned to concessions.
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment, including a Zamboni, following appropriate training.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist the public while providing excellent customer service and operate the ticket booth with cash handling.
• Balance and reconcile cash registers and monitor/conserve inventory.
• Assist with ice arena maintenance and Zamboni operations, and prepare ice for practices, games, and events.
