Job summary

FACILITY MANAGEMENT CORP, also known as FMC Ice Sports, is hiring a Facility Operator to ensure clean, safe facilities for patrons. This position requires maintaining the ice surface and facility standards while ensuring outstanding customer service.

No previous ice rink experience is necessary as training will be provided. The starting pay is $18 per hour, increasing to $20 upon completion of training, along with potential bonuses and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License.
• Flexible to work varying hours based on service needs.
• Ability to analyze situations and develop solutions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure the facility.
• Make and maintain the ice surface and maintain arena facilities.
• Ensure facilities are regularly cleaned.
