Job summary

The Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit (ICCU) at Novant Health is a patient-care leader, collaborating with physicians and the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient.

This full-time day shift (7:00am–7:00pm) requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred and active RN licensure in the appropriate state, with one year of relevant experience preferred. Relocation assistance up to $7,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; licensure requirements to be verified.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Promote optimal health outcomes and uphold patient safety standards.
