Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Early Career Engineer to help sustain the ICBM Minuteman III flight control system at Hill Air Force Base in Utah. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary IPT to develop hardware/software requirements and validate through MBSE-driven testing.

You will work on fault analysis, automated test equipment maintenance, and technical reporting, with opportunities to improve design and reliability in a high-security, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, with relevant science/tech background.
• Active security clearance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements for hardware or software using MBSE and tools like DOORS and MSOSA.
• Develop and execute test procedures and analyze data to validate system requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with flight control systems.
• Support maintenance of automated test equipment.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate to implement corrective actions and improve reliability.
• Review and maintain technical drawings and processes.
• Identify opportunities for design improvement and long-term sustainment.
