Job summary

Ladders is seeking an ICAM Technical Project Manager to lead complex federal IT projects with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management and secure cloud work. This remote role is open to US-based candidates only, and no visa sponsorship is available.

The position partners with cross-functional teams, federal stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive execution, manage risk, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT project management, including supervisory roles.
• 7+ years managing IT projects within federal environments.
• Proven track record of large-scale federal IT initiatives.
• Experience overseeing IT operations, integrations, and user support.
• Strong knowledge of IAM/ICAM and AWS GovCloud.
• Active PMP certification required.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent in service management required.
• Experience with Agile teams and impact of architectural changes.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
• U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

For our client, we are seeking a ICAM Technical Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead complex technical project efforts across federal IT environments, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management and secure cloud-related work. The position partners closely with cross-functional project teams, federal stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive execution, manage risk, and deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of project leadership, technical fluency, and disciplined delivery in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $216,000 annually

Responsibilities
