CA C I is seeking an Identity & Access Management (ICAM) Support Engineer to join our Hanover, MD team. The role supports enterprise ICAM capabilities across the Intelligence Community, contributing to software integration, system engineering, testing, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and bring extensive SE experience, DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification, and strong REST, LDAP, and PKI knowledge to deliver reliable ICAM services to

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 7+ years of Systems Engineering experience on complex programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 12 years SE experience may substitute for a degree.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I (or higher) if applicable.
• Experience with troubleshooting REST services and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams as they integrate and troubleshoot REST services.
• Assist end users in resolving authorization issues, ensuring proper access control.
• Manage and track support tickets using JIRA.
