Job summary

Steampunk, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity / ICAM SME to coordinate identity, credential, and access management program maturation for a large federal client, providing program integration support across the four ICAM pillars without directing implementation.

You will develop and communicate a comprehensive ICAM strategy, establish tracking tools and dashboards, and coordinate with the client and partners to align policies with NIST and FICAM requirements. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years total experience.
• 8+ years in identity, credential, and access management.
• Knowledge of HSPD-12, CIO Directive 25-03, NIST 800-63, and FICAM.
• Strong cross-organizational coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICAM program maturation across pillars without directing implementation.
• Develop ICAM program strategy, roadmaps, and policy alignment.
• Establish tracking tools, milestone registries, dependency maps.
• Coordinate with client and partners to integrate workstreams.
• Produce quarterly communications, status reports, and leadership dashboards.
• Provide risk summaries and recommended actions.
