Job summary

Electrosoft seeks an ICAM Program Support Lead to serve as the primary focal point for all program activities, coordination, reporting, and workforce management related to ICAM operations in the Washington, DC area.

The role requires extensive credentialing experience, ability to document meetings, and coordination with government representatives. Strong writing and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience managing similar projects.
  • Qualify staff under government MBI standards.
  • Favorable NACI with tax and credit check.
  • Knowledge of HSPD-12, PIV, FIPS 201, PKI, FICAM.
  • PMP certification is desired.
  • Security+ or other cyber security certificates are desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary focal point for ICAM program activities.
  • Attend ICAM meetings and document minutes with actions and due dates.
  • Coordinate tasks with Washington DC office and government PMs.
  • Manage credentialing equipment issuance and returns.
  • Train site personnel on Access Registrar and Activator.
  • Prepare monthly progress and expenditure reports for tasks.
  • Maintain a real-time workforce management program.
  • Issue credentials to eligible personnel and resolve related issues.
