Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Technical Solutions Architect to deliver modern ICAM and Zero Trust architectures across on-premises and cloud environments. You will lead identity initiatives, translate requirements into technical solutions, and prototype implementations.

The role demands deep expertise in AD DS, Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, and governance, with collaboration across Security, Networking, and Applications teams.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years in a lead role with enterprise Windows Server and Directory Services.
• Proficiency with Azure services and hybrid identity projects.
• Strong understanding of ABAC/RBAC/PBAC concepts and policy-based access control.
• Excellent communication for executive-level presentations and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and rollout of ICAM and Zero Trust architectures.
• Manage AD DS architecture, trusts, replication, and high availability.
• Drive hybrid identity initiatives using Azure AD Connect and Entra ID.
• Prototype and implement modern identity solutions and governance controls.
• Collaborate with Security/Networking/Application teams to enforce standards.
