Job summary

Phase2 Technology is looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to support large-scale identity and access management projects for government clients. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in ICAM, directory services such as Active Directory, and cybersecurity administration, focusing on identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include analyzing identity requirements, designing IAM solutions, and managing user privileges to secure client assets. A Secret clearance is required for this role, and candidates will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting ICAM, security operations, or identity governance programs.
• 3+ years of experience with administration of directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP.
• 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity administration, including identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale IAM projects for government clients.
• Analyze identity lifecycle and define enterprise identity records.
• Design, deploy, and support IAM systems for user privileges.
