Job summary

The USDA OCIO ICAMD branch in Fort Collins, CO seeks a leadership Branch Chief to supervise enterprise ICAM cybersecurity and guide teams across the organization. You will oversee Identity, Credential, and Access Management functions in a high-integrity environment.

The position requires US citizenship and IT-related experience with the potential for Direct Hire Authority. On-site work and a compensation range of USD 107,446–139,684 per year apply, with locality adjustments as appropriate.

Qualifications

• IT-related experience demonstrating core competencies such as accountability, customer service, decision making, information management, and teamwork.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in cybersecurity programs are highly valued.
• Federal hiring requirements include citizenship and background checks; Selective Service registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve program segments and processes to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
• Collaborate on cybersecurity designs aligned with operational needs, including access controls and automated applications.
• Design and develop system administration and management functionality for privileged access users.
• Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs for systems administration.
• Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff supporting ICAM services.
• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and administration of enterprise ICAM services.
• Support enabling technologies and align with policies and security requirements.
