As an IC Test Engineer, you will help Keysight be first to market, focusing on top opportunities and market trends that address unmet needs. You will support the characterization, validation, and production readiness of Keysight's advanced RF and mixed‑signal integrated circuits and modules. This role spans both detailed characterization and high‑throughput screening, requiring a balance between analysis and efficient, repeatable test execution. You will primarily craft on‑wafer microwave and millimeter‑wave measurement solutions, combining hands‑on instrumentation work with development of automated test and data analysis tools to improve accuracy, repeatability, and overall test efficiency.
Education: B.S., M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field with thesis work and/or relevant internship or industry experience in mm‑wave IC (MMIC) characterization.

This role requires an in‑person, hands‑on engineer who can physically work with the test systems in Santa Rosa, CA.
This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Salary and scoping will be based on experience, education and skills. Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below. Santa Rosa, CA Pay Range: MIN $76,870 – MAX $128,120. For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region. This role is eligible for the Keysight Results Bonus Program.
