Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; master’s a plus.
• 7+ years in IC product engineering; MOSFET exp a plus.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor packaging, device physics, and test methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining engineering for new product introductions and mass production readiness.
• Drive yield, cost, and quality improvements across fab and backend sites.
• Own 8D problem resolution and customer-facing communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve processes.
