Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent academic standing.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and ICs.
• Coursework in analog/digital circuits, VLSI design, or microelectronics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IC design tools and Python or scripting basics.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical implementation of RF, analog, and mixed-signal blocks.
• Learn and apply design rules and layout methodologies.
• Support floor planning, device placement, and tapeout preparation.
• Perform basic verification checks (DRC, LVS, ERC).
• Document activities and participate in technical reviews.
