Micron Technology seeks a design engineer in Richardson, TX to support Design Engineering, Product Engineering and Process Integration. You will help craft products that optimize cost, quality, reliability and time-to-market, while keeping customers happy.

Required: B.S.E.E with 2+ years or M.S.E.E with 1+ year; CMOS and VLSI coursework; layout of circuits; Cadence Virtuoso; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S.E.E degree with 2+ years of experience required.
• M.S.E.E degree with 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Coursework in CMOS Circuit Design and VLSI.
• Coursework including crafting the physical layout of circuits.
• Knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Engineering and other groups to design products.
• Support manufacturing functions to optimize cost, quality, reliability and time-to-market.
