Qualifications

• Enrolled in an IC layout program at a technical institution.
• Taking courses in layout techniques with ability to place and route IC devices.
• Commitment to work onsite for 6 month Co-op term (June/July - December 2027).
• Experience using a schematic/netlist-driven CAD layout process.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with IC design engineers to lay out and verify ICs for wireless consumer electronic products.
• Effectively communicate with engineering teams to meet schedules and milestones.
• Perform analog IC IP layout using Cadence Virtuoso.
• Learn common best practices and workflows.
• Effectively communicate with engineering teams.
