Bow Wave LLC is seeking an experienced Data Scientist Lead to drive mission execution in support of national security objectives. The candidate will have direct experience supporting the Intelligence Community, applying data analytics to large datasets and enabling process automation.

The role requires leadership across teams, excellent collaboration with executive partners, and a proven ability to deliver high-stakes analytics projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Minimum 12 years relevant experience with BS/BA.
• 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience.
• Proven data science background with experience using multiple programming languages such as Python, R, and Ruby.
• Ability to maintain superior customer service and effectively manage project completion in dynamic environments.

Data Scientist Lead ID

Bow Wave is seeking an experienced Data Scientist, proven to excel in high operational tempo environments, to drive mission execution in support of national security objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience directly supporting the Intelligence Community (IC). Your technical expertise is critical to enabling process automation and the integration and application of data analytics to large datasets. You are a strategic communicator, capable of working with technical and non-technical partners to enable the production of intelligence and targeting products. You are also comfortable fully participating in peer review processes aimed at enhancing advanced analytic projects through use of best practices and consideration of novel methodological approaches to these projects. You are comfortable taking limited direction to support your customer's ability to maintain operational readiness in a dynamic environment. You establish and maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with executive leaders, soliciting and incorporating feedback in a thoughtful, professional manner.
