- Proficient in programming and customization skills, including Java and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in test automation for IBM Sterling OMS using Selenium or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail testing scenarios, including peak load and failover validation
