Job summary

Openkyber, LLC is seeking an experienced IBM MQ & Solace SRE Engineer to support mission-critical messaging platforms. You will ensure platform reliability, availability, automation, monitoring, incident management, and service improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing MQ/Solace environments, handling incident response, performing RCA, capacity planning, and driving SRE practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Experience administering IBM MQ and Solace environments in Prod/UAT/DR.
• Strong incident management and problem resolution capabilities.
• Proficient in automation, monitoring, and SRE best practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to cloud/container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, perform RCA, capacity planning, patching, upgrades, DR testing.

• Support major incidents, problem management, and 24x7 production operations.
• Develop automation scripts and improve platform observability.
