Travelers is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer I in our Print Center to join our organization as we grow and transform our Enterprise Technology Solutions organization. This role will help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems through a combination of software engineering and infrastructure expertise. This role will focus on print/mail, data, and mainframe print environment using database, programming, operating systems, hardware, and software experience. Technology Operations Engineers are responsible for building and maintaining automated solutions to manage system availability, incident response, monitoring, and capacity planning. These roles will collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, infrastructure, and operations teams to implement best practices and technical solutions to drive continuous improvement in service health while reducing operational toil and increasing deployment velocity.
