Job summary

InnovationTeam is seeking an experienced Integration Architect in the United States to design IBM DataPower based integration solutions. You will gather business requirements, assess feasibility, and craft HLD/LLD documents to guide secure and scalable implementations.

You will lead technical discussions, provide guidance to engineering teams, and collaborate with business, architects, QA, and infrastructure to ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOA and middleware concepts as a basis for integration architecture.
• Hands-on design of DataPower integration solutions and services.
• Strong knowledge of XML family technologies (XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST, XSLT).
• Experience with MPGW, Web Service Proxy and XML Firewall deployments.
• Understanding of security concepts: OAuth, SSL/TLS, AAA and certificate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend business and technical meetings to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Perform technical feasibility assessments and propose the optimal integration solution in alignment with the core team.
• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents as per the defined standards.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions using IBM DataPower.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, architects, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of SOA, enterprise integration, and middleware concepts.
• Hands-on experience in designing IBM DataPower integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs, and XSLT.
• Experience designing DataPower services such as Multi-Protocol Gateway (MPGW), Web Service Proxy, and XML Firewall.
• Good understanding of security concepts including OAuth, SSL/TLS, AAA, and certificate management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the telecom domain is considered a plus.
• Exposure to IBM API Connect or other API Management platforms is an advantage.
