Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a IBM Data Power specialist in Dublin, OH to design, develop, deploy and test data power services.

You will configure the Data Power appliance, implement SOAP and REST patterns, define WS-Security policies and ensure robust integration with SAP, MQ, IIB, WAS, LDAP and AD across multi-network environments. The role requires experience building and testing services, scripting in Java or Linux, and applying best practices in security and API governance within a SOA

Qualifications

• 2 years design experience in IBM Data Power
• 2 years IBM Data Power development
• 2 years IBM Data Power administration
• Install and configure IBM Data Power Virtual Appliance
• Develop services in Data Power; design, develop and document patterns
• Unit and integration testing of Data Power services
• Create XML/JSON Schema Definitions
• HTTPs and JMS protocol knowledge
• Develop Data Power SOAP services
• SOAP policies, with emphasis on WS Security
• Develop Data Power REST services
• ODATA services with REST using XML/JSON
• Develop Java scripts and/or Linux scripts
• AAA security for SOAP and REST services
• SOA/API concepts understood
• Integration & security best practices
• Service integration with SAP, MQ, IIB, WAS, JBoss, LDAP, AD
• Troubleshooting across services and network zones
• RAD for JEE and Jenkins/Subversion build tools
