Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) invites applications for an Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Clinician. This full-time role provides direct clinical intervention to children and families across schools, homes, and communities, including Mobile Therapy and Behavioral Consultation during non-traditional hours.

Supervised by the IBHS Clinical Supervisor, you will work with school personnel and families to support treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a master's degree or better in a related field and completed practicum or have 2+ years of direct mental health services experience for children/youth.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned assessments (FBAs, data collection, interviews) within defined timeframes.
• Develop a comprehensive Intensive Treatment Plan (ITP) and safety plan.
• Provide individual, group, and family evidence-based treatment.
• Provide weekly clinical supervision/observation to BHTs.
• Collaborate with school personnel through BRIDGE model and MTSS meetings.
• Maintain documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Ensure confidentiality and mandated reporting compliance.
• Attend mandatory trainings and stay current with licensure/certifications.
