Job summary

Holcomb Brand seeks a Mobile Therapist to deliver IBHS services in Philadelphia, PA. You will conduct individual and family therapy with children, adolescents, and their families under clinical coordination.

This role requires a Master’s degree, at least one year of behavioral health experience, and PA clearances. You will maintain timely documentation, participate in supervision, and collaborate with the treatment team to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline with supervised practicum experience.
• Minimum one year of behavioral health experience with children and adolescents.
• Licensure or certification preferred, but not required.
• Required clearances include PA Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI Fingerprinting, and Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification.
• Relevant education and experience combinations may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile clinical services per program standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and stabilization.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation including progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with treatment team and attend supervision meetings.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by program leadership.

Job Description: In this role, the Mobile Therapist will conduct individual and family therapy with IBHS clients and receive consultative direction from the Clinical Coordinator and any assigned Behavior Consultant.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Program:IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services)

Pay Rate:$30+/hour Billable Rate

What You'll Do

• Provide mobile clinical services in accordance with program, licensure, and best practice standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and psychological stabilization services as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with treatment team members and participate in required supervision and staff meetings.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by program leadership.
