Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Mobile Therapist in Harrisburg, PA for the Intensive Behavioral Health Services program. The role involves delivering individual and family therapy with consultative direction from the Clinical Coordinator and a Behavior Consultant, on a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities include clinical mobile service delivery, treatment plan development, documentation, supervision participation, and crisis stabilization as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work) with two semesters of supervised practicum.
• One year of experience in the behavioral health field with children/adolescents.
• Licensure or certification preferred, but not required.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, criminal clearance and fingerprint-based federal history; not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical mobile service delivery per program description and licensure standards.
• Assist in or develop treatment plans with/without a BSC.
• Implement treatment plan interventions and consult with other professionals.
• Conduct quality individual and family therapy with a clinical balance of both modalities.
• Provide crisis assessment and psychological stabilization as needed.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation (progress notes, plans, discharge summaries).
• Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery.
• Participate in required supervision and program staff meetings.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
