Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Gastroenterologist in New Orleans with an interest in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). You will join a dynamic GI division with subspecialists in advanced endoscopy and hepatology, supported by a team of medical assistants and clinic-based pharmacists.

The position offers collaboration across surgical, pathology, radiology, and hospitalist services, plus teaching opportunities with GI fellows and IM residents.

Qualifications

• Gastroenterologist with interest in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
• Collaborative division with subspecialists in endoscopy, hepatology, and IBD.
• Teaching opportunities with GI fellows and IM residents.

Responsibilities

• Focus on IBD within an established regional program.
• Collaborate with subspecialists across GI, surgical, pathology, radiology, and hospitalist services.
• Participate in teaching and research activities as available.
