The University of Missouri School of Medicine's Division of Gastroenterology seeks an IBD-trained gastroenterologist to join our team as an expert in IBD patient care and IBD-focused medical education for the fellowship program.

This role includes the potential to build an IBD program with an IBD Directorship and flexibility in administrative time, call, clinic, and GI lab time, alongside productive clinical and teaching duties.

Qualifications

• IBD fellowship training or strong interest in IBD.
• Ability to provide IBD-focused medical education for the fellowship program.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in inflammatory bowel disease.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert for IBD patient care.
• Provide IBD-focused medical education as clinician educator for the GI fellowship.
• Opportunity to develop an IBD program and potentially assume IBD Directorship.
• Flexible expectations regarding administrative time, call, clinic, and GI lab time.
