University of Missouri in Columbia, MO seeks an Academic IBD-trained gastroenterologist (NTT) to join our Division of Gastroenterology as a clinician educator for the fellowship program.

The role includes IBD expertise, IBD-focused medical education, and potential Directorship with flexible time for administration, clinics, and GI lab activities, plus base salary with incentive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and Missouri license or ability to obtain
• ABIM BE/BC Gastroenterology required or board eligible
• ABIM BE/BC Internal Medicine required or board eligible
• Minimum: IBD fellowship completion or strong interest in IBD

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
• Engage in IBD-focused medical education for gastroenterology fellows
• Possibly pursue an IBD Directorship with flexibility on admin time, clinic, GI lab time
