Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Production Worker to assemble plastics IBC totes and steel cages, following established procedures and safety standards while supporting daily production, changeovers, and outbound shipments.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. The role offers a starting wage of $21.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with safety training.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety specifications and production requirements.
• Meet production standards within the required time.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Report production waste to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Support safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality.
