Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Python skills.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience working with ERP data, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation solutions.
• Automate recurring reporting and KPI generation.
• Build exception-monitoring tools and alerting capabilities.
• Reduce manual spreadsheet-based processes.

Reports To: Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning & Execution

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Automation & Systems Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining automation solutions, reporting tools, and data pipelines that enhance supply chain visibility, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual processes. This role combines supply chain knowledge with technical expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI, and SAP data structures to support inventory optimization, procurement monitoring, manufacturing readiness, and supply chain risk management. The Specialist will develop tools and workflows that enable the IBPE organization to operate as a proactive Supply Chain Control Tower.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Digital Solutions

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation solutions.
• Automate recurring reporting and KPI generation.
