Job summary

Spectrum Search Group is seeking an Experienced Associate for Healthcare M&A/Transaction Advisory in the United States. The role targets 3–6 years in healthcare investment banking, TAS, or Financial Due Diligence, offering direct exposure to executives and deal decision-makers on complex healthcare engagements.

You will execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, and build client materials and transaction documents for live deals.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in healthcare investment banking, TAS, or FDD.
• Strong modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
