Job summary

You will oversee curriculum planning, support teachers with IB strategies, manage documentation for authorization and evaluation, organize professional development, and foster collaboration to sustain a student-centered learning culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred).
• IB-recognized PYP training and minimum 10 years of PYP Coordinator and teaching experience.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and review of the PYP curriculum.
• Support and mentor teachers in implementing IB inquiry-based strategies.
• Coordinate IB documentation and liaise with the IB for programme authorization and evaluation.
• Organize and lead professional development workshops for staff.
• Foster collaboration among the teaching team and promote a student-centered learning culture.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress in accordance with IB standards.
