Job summary

DCI is hiring a full-time Middle Math School Teacher to deliver IB Middle Years Program math education for grades 6-8. You will plan lessons and provide immersive instruction to a diverse learner population.

You will advise students, teach an advisory class, and collaborate with general and special educators, families, and leadership to support the school’s instructional program, including the 1:1 Chromebooks initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience teaching IB or high-level math preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to use multiple tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons aligned with IB MathEducation curriculum framework.
• Deliver immersive Math instruction to diverse learners.
• Advise students and teach an advisory class.
• Collaborate with general and special educators and leadership.
• Engage with families and lead cultural activities; support 1:1 Chromebooks program.
