Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or foreign equivalent.
• Valid Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education, ABS.
• Spanish and English language proficiency required.
• Two years of direct classroom work with students and behavior intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate, plan, teach, and evaluate students with special needs per regulations.
• Teach small groups and individuals inside and outside the classroom.
• Prepare lessons, review plans, and assess student progress with parents.
• Develop and implement IEPs, coordinate testing accommodations and related services.
• Lead data meetings and participate in professional development.
• Support math, literacy, and self-regulation with research-based methods.
