Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Dallas, TX seeks an Investment Banking Analyst to support senior bankers with day-to-day due diligence, build 3-statement models, perform valuation analyses, and draft pitch books.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution.
• Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses.
• Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations.
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities.
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings.
• Mentor and train analysts.
