Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks qualified candidates for an Investment Banking role in Dallas. The team emphasizes long-term client relationships and rigorous financial analysis to support transactions and strategic opportunities.

The position involves due diligence, complex financial modeling, and preparing marketing materials and presentations for clients and partners. Mentoring analysts is also part of the role, with a focus on professional growth within Texas Capital.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution
• Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses
• Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners
• Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings
• Mentor and train analysts
