Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.

• Proven leadership in using AI-assisted development tools and setting team standards.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and security practices.
• Proficiency with AI coding/analysis assistants to improve productivity and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, and automation with secure delivery.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications ensuring design conformance.
• Drive team adoption of AI-assisted practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Utilize SDLC tools to enhance automation and value realization.
• Design and develop scalable, resilient systems in collaboration with product teams.
• Write clean, unit-tested code and incorporate non-functional requirements like telemetry and security.
• Mentor team members in design, new technologies, clean code, and code reviews.
• Partner with product and customers to understand function and end-user experience, support production issues, and contribute as a tech coach.
