RTX is seeking a IAM System Admin to join the Classified Digital Services (CDS) Identity and Access Management (IdAM) team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support for both technical and operational aspects of MFA systems. Key responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of a new MFA software solution, coordinating token distribution, and delivering ongoing support and maintenance to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
Implement and manage Multifactor Authentication (MFA) solutions, ensuring the security and protection of sensitive organizational data.
Administer and maintain MFA platforms across Linux and Windows operating systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
Configure and manage MFA user accounts, troubleshoot authentication issues, and deliver timely resolutions to enhance user satisfaction.
Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain platform stability.
Regularly monitor system logs and address MFA authentication-related issues promptly and maintain high availability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reporting and training materials for both end-users and administrators.
Manage MFA software license, token utilization, and inventory.
Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple sites and cross-functional teams.
