Innovative Development, LLC is seeking a Developer with regulatory experience in Financial, Mortgage or Banking industries for an on-site role in Winston-Salem, NC or Radnor, PA. The position requires 5 days a week in office.

The role is a W2 permanent position. Candidates should have 3+ years of development experience and strong knowledge of OIDC, SAML, Identity Management, B2C, .NET and AWS Kiro. We offer comprehensive benefits and an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Cloud & Networking Engineering and/or Cyber Security
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a developer
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in OIDC, SAML, Identity Management, B2C, .NET & AWS Kiro
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
