Pitney Bowes is seeking an IT Security Identity & Access Technical Leader to design, implement, and govern the enterprise IAM program. You will partner with security, infrastructure, HR, engineering, and business teams to build a scalable identity ecosystem and secure access across the organization.

You will drive the IAM strategy, oversee modern identity solutions, and lead a technical team responsible for user provisioning across multiple SaaS and on-premise apps.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in IT or Cybersecurity with enterprise IAM experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, Zero Trust, and modern identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).

Responsabilités

• Develop and govern the IAM strategy, roadmaps, and governance across enterprise teams.
• Architect and oversee secure identity solutions including SSO, MFA, API access controls, and PAM.
• Lead modernization efforts like passwordless, conditional access, and AI-driven threat detection.
• Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, and password reset processes across SaaS and on-prem apps.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulatory requirements.
