Job summary

Popular Bank is seeking an IAM Security Specialist to lead oversight of MSSP activities ensuring proper user access to systems aligned with policies and regulatory requirements. The role supports and advances the IAM program by coordinating access governance, reviewing certification results, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders.

The Specialist reports to the IAM Operations Manager and guides MSSP resources and analysts to strengthen compliance, controls, and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, cybersecurity, computer science, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of IAM, access governance, security administration, IT audit, or similar role.
• Experience administering or governing IAM platforms such as Saviynt or SailPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight and quality validation of MSSP user account lifecycle activities, including creation, modification, deletion and role management.
• Monitor MSSP handling of password resets and access requests to ensure timely resolution and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate and review access management incident response activities with effective escalation and root-cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes through automation and standardization while supervising MSSP implementation.
