Qualifications
- 8+ years of post-bachelor security experience or equivalent
- Engineering Manager experience required
- Experience in IAM or cloud security initiatives
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a security engineering team focusing on IAM across cloud and infrastructure
- Define and execute IAM strategy: authentication, authorization, privileged access, governance
- Design scalable security controls, automation, guardrails in GCP/AWS
- Use AI tools with engineering workflows while ensuring security and code quality
- Partner with engineering to enforce least privilege and enable developer productivity
- Drive security reviews, risk assessments, and incident response for IAM
- Mentor engineers and influence stakeholders on IAM strategy and direction
