Job summary

Ventures Unlimited, Inc. seeks an experienced IAM Architect to assess and redesign the organization's identity landscape. You will evaluate IGA, PAM, SSO, and access governance to align with Zero Trust and cybersecurity policies.

You will gather requirements from business and security teams, develop reference architectures, and document patterns for joins/movers/leavers, app onboarding, API security, and MFA implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise IAM architectures.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust and access controls.
• Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC and federation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess IAM landscape: IGA, PAM, SSO, and access governance.
• Conduct requirements workshops with business and security teams.
• Develop reusable IAM security patterns and reference architectures.
• Lead architecture reviews and remediation of gaps.
• Create documentation: standards, patterns, and implementation guidance.
