Job summary

7-Eleven Information Security is seeking a customer-focused, technically skilled IAM analyst to support, develop, and implement our Identity & Access Management capabilities. You will gather requirements, translate them into IAM solutions, and act as an entrepreneur to balance innovation with risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in information security with hands-on SailPoint IIQ experience, strong Java and scripting skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years IAM experience.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ; able to develop/fix workflows and rules.
• Proficient in Java development and shell scripting; strong troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and support IAM policy alignment with security best practices.
• Provide L3+ operational support and hands-on IAM tasks.
• Monitor health, metrics, and run-time improvements.
• Implement scalable integrations to maximize automation.
• Maintain platform upgrades, certifications, and patching.
• Participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate with users regularly.
• Document standards, guidelines, and knowledge-based content.
