Job summary

7-Eleven Information Security is seeking a customer-experience oriented technical analyst to support, develop, and implement IAM capabilities. The role requires 5+ years in IAM, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with Sailpoint IIQ, Java, and security best practices.

The candidate will identify gaps, support policies, monitor health, and drive scalable solutions while collaborating with Help Desk for incident remediation. On-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in IAM/security.
• Experience with Sailpoint IIQ workflows, rules, tasks, forms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for calls and written updates.
• Familiarity with standard protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and support IAM policies using security best practices.
• Provide hands-on operations and on-call support (24x7x365).
• Monitor application health and deliver metrics/KPIs.
• Develop scalable integrations to maximize automation.
• Maintain platform upgrades, certifications, and patching.
• Remediate incidents with Help Desk collaboration.
• Analyze risk and define acceptable security solutions.
• Document processes, standards, and knowledge-based content.
