Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Developer with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IdentityNow (IDN) to join our growing security team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting IAM solutions with a strong command of Core Java development. This role involves working on design, development, integration, and support of IAM systems that help manage user access securely and efficiently across enterprise environments.

Primary Skill: 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). IdentityNow (IDN) implementation, Core Java

Secondary Skill(s): Good to have an understanding of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP, and Network Protocols (SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP, and HTTPS, etc.)

Technical Environment: SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, Develop and Deploy SailPoint IIQ/IDN implementation(s).
2. Contribute to the Requirements Gathering activities.
3. Contribute to the activities for Technical Design.
4. Contribute to the Project Documentation, such as Solution Requirements Specifications, Business Requirements Document, Technical Design Document, Test Cases Document, etc.
5. Develop code and perform unit testing in line with requirements and design for all client-specific use cases.
6. Contribute to or Lead the Code Review activities.
7. Perform Integration Testing.
8. Contribute to debugging and troubleshooting issues, including interactions with the technology vendor.
9. Assist clients with execution of User Acceptance Testing.
10. Assist clients with readiness for deployment and actual deployment, followed by Post-Production Support.
11. Contribute to business development activities, such as working on business proposals.
12. Contribute to IAM strategy engagements, including Current State Assessment, Vendor Comparison and Selection, Target State Documentation, and Road Map.
13. Lead internal SailPoint IIQ training sessions.
14. Adhere to and implement security best practices across all engagements.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / MCA / MBA
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ end-to-end implementations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing SailPoint IAM projects.
• Experience in implementing at least one end-to-end SailPoint IIQ project, including use cases documentation, design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Good to have:
• Experience in complex connector integrations, custom connector development, or deep customizations.
• Experience in plugin development.
• Experience in developing custom standalone rules and functionalities.
• Knowledge of Networking concepts and Shell-Scripting.
