Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. seeks an IAM Product Manager to lead strategy, design, deployment, and maintenance of security solutions across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments for a federal customer.

The role is onsite in Washington, DC, and requires US citizenship. You will own the product backlog, develop roadmaps for IAM and related security tooling, and translate regulatory mandates into actionable requirements while coordinating with Security Engineering and DevOps teams to drive

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, incl. 4+ years with security engineering teams
Ability to translate requirements into clear product roadmaps and user stories
Strong knowledge of IAM, security concepts, cloud security, and risk mitigation
Experience with federal environments and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST SP 800-53, M-22-09)

Responsibilities

Own and refine the product backlog for security engineering initiatives (IAM, cloud security)
Create and maintain roadmaps for security tooling and automation
Convert regulatory mandates and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements
Coordinate with engineering and DevOps to balance short-term needs with long-term goals
Track outcomes and use data to drive continuous improvement across services
