A technology solutions provider is looking for an experienced Agile Practitioner / Product Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves managing product roadmaps, leading identity platform implementations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality, secure solutions. Candidates should have over 7 years of IT project experience, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and product delivery. Agile/Scrum certification is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project or product management experience.
• Experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) or security solutions.
• Strong understanding of product vs project delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Identity programs ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Drive product-based delivery including roadmap execution, backlog management, and continuous value delivery.
• Manage Identity platform implementation and migration from Microsoft Identity Manager to Microsoft Entra.
