Job description

The Agile Practitioner / Product Delivery Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Agile and product-centric methodologies. This role focuses on leading identity platform implementations, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, quality, and compliance standards. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-value identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Identity programs ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Drive product-based delivery including roadmap execution, backlog management, and continuous value delivery
• Manage Identity platform implementation and migration from Microsoft Identity Manager to Microsoft Entra
• Deliver identity lifecycle workflows, access governance controls, and centralized dashboards
• Configure Entra ID governance and integrate with HR and other enterprise systems
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and system integrators
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver incremental value
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, product roadmaps, and resource plans
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure timely mitigation
• Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication
• Ensure adherence to enterprise PMO governance, quality, and compliance standards
• Promote continuous improvement through Agile best practices and delivery metrics

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project or product management experience
• Strong experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience in product delivery (not just project execution)
• Experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) or security solutions
• Strong understanding of product vs project delivery models
• Experience managing cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and RAID effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Identity lifecycle management
• Experience working with system integrators and SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of access governance, identity integrations, and security frameworks
• Experience transitioning teams from project-based to product-based delivery
• Familiarity with enterprise IT governance and compliance standards
